Hit rating for fire pvp
Wearing a full pve set, is there any choice of gear that doesn't leave me grossly overcapped?
Arcane Focus + ICC ring + set hands = 8.07 %
Gets even worse with set pants:
Arcane Focus + ICC ring + set hands + set pants = 12.11 %
Can change those for the crafted 264 pants, but that has less crit (3.49 % vs 2.57 %). And I'm still overcapped.
Any other hands or legs also have hit in them.
So, posting this in case I missed something.

I'm not sure I agree. If you don't want resi, you are leaving A LOT of crit and sp on the table by switching to wrathful (not to mention int, which also gives crit, and I would run out of mana easily without it).
Another option I thought of is doing The Most Forbidden Thing and gem hit:
Arcane Focus + ICC ring + wf hands + 264 pants = 4.94 %... you add one gem and a half and you get 6.06 %
But then you risk getting beat up at school.

Doesn't Arcane Focus increase hit of only arcane spells?

You seem to be right. What a waste of a thread...
