WotLK Set isnt working because of transmog?

Hi, i have both set items. It should be 2/5 and set bonus. There is 1/5 both items. Some people told me its bugged cause transmog.
Is this set working or not. If not what can i do?

Regardless of the question, you can't look at the tooltip for ToT and see if it costs energy or not?

Now regarding the question - yes, sets work, it's just a visual bug because of tmog.
