I'm here to resurrect this post because I really dig this idea, of a Tank in PVP not dying at all and just self-healing. Sounds super fun.
I was just wondering about which trinkets would be good for this build. Does anyone wanna share some thoughts?
Would Death's Choice be a good one for this?
I'm wondering if a arms Warr in full pvp gear and stam trinkets has even better survivability than blood.
He has http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/spell=29838 and http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/spell=16492 which heals him over 10sec for 20% hp. Different to deathstrike it's a passive ability. It doesn't require dots on the target nor melee range. It even heals while sitting in a stun lock.
In addition to that warr has strong deff CD's, can switch to one hand+shield to mitigate even more dmg. He is also more difficult to kite than a blood dk because he has two charges and he can use BS to be immun to slows.
I also think that a full pvp geared Awarr with SM, 1420 resil and +40k HP, deals more dmg than a blood DK of similiar gear.
