Why did they ban my IP if they logged in yesterday and I'm not using any malicious program.

Relog on the website should fix "Account is locked but can be unlocked" / "Bot Network" ban.
Wait few mins before trying to login in-game.
If it's either of those, but relog doesn't help after few tries, contact [email protected]
Other reasons: Help! I have been hacked/banned for no reason!
