Burning Crusade Health Percentage always on?

why is percentage health always on, i already disable in interface and still i can only see the percentage.

Because that's how it worked on retail - you can only see exact values for characters in your party - and we're keeping it that way. If you want to see exact values you need to use add-ons, as it was on retail.

if I rember correctly you need 2 addons:

1. !LibMobHealth-4.0 http://www.mediafire.com/file/7d48do...Health-4.0.zip
2. mob info2 https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B26...JSRjU2aFE/view

At start you will still see % but after a few hit to the target you will see HP value
