WotLK Restoring old characters

Hello, I used to have 10 80s in one of the Lich King realms, on this account if i recall correctly. I have logged in for the last time about 4 years ago. Can they be restored or they are irreversibly lost? Sorry if I posted in the wrong section.
To prove I'm legit, I have 10 80s because of the switch from Molten to Warmane and the benefits added later on.

Bump and also, can someone, who understands how these things work what is the chance of the staff restoring characters, who have not been used for 4 years? I still haven't got a reply and I sent the mail 3 days ago.
