In the lordaeron realm, when selecting the realm, says that i have a character, and i remember i have one, but when i enter the realm, not show any character.

When did you last play? It's probably deleted due to inactivity (if below 50). If above 50, chances are somebody had access to your account.

It's been a long time since I've played, honestly, more than a year I think. Is there a way to recover the character?

With that timeframe, no. Characters deleted due to inactivity aren't restored at all, and it's up to 30 days restoration window for player deleted characters.
