[ANSWERED]Thick Leather for Leather working.

So most leather typs are on an RNG for drops per kill (per skin) anywhere from 1 to 5. However, thick leather is steadily dropping at 1 leather per kill. Really creating a bottle next and slowing advancement of leatherworking, unless you spend a fortune buying from auction house. Is the RNG broken or is this throttling on leatherworking. Not even mentioning the amount you need to use to gain one skill up.. some recipes require 16 thick leather.. WTH?
