WotLK (Lordaeron) Sack of Frosty treasures - can't loot

Hello,
I am currently unable to loot one item from Sack of Frosty Treasure. The item is "Belt of the Blood Nova". I already have this item equipped and when I try to loot it, a message appears saying "You can't carry any more of those items".
I did try to put my belt in bank also, but I am not able to loot it anyway! Even after some relog.

because that item is "unique".
you can have just 1.

Btw as workaround you can sell the one equipped at a vendor > get the new belt from the "Sack" > send this new belt via mail to an alt character > buy back your old Belt from vendor
Rember to not logout before to buy-back the belt from vendor. After relogging buy-back is not possible

Edit:
You might lose the gems on the equipped belt with this process.
