WotLK New guild with an old issue - please assist

Hello!
My name is Akiamage, I used to play here many years back (it's in your logs) I have recently invited my old guild for a comeback, here, but we have a little big issue.
We are PVP/PVE but partly we are an RP guild with more than 40 Game Videos.

1. My character's name seems to be locked. Akiamage. It might be, because of some transfers I did years back. If you could check if the name is reserved because of an issue.
2. Our guild's name seems to be locked. The Horde Reapers. If you could check that also, maybe the name is reserved for no good reason. Our current name is The HordeReapers, if you could add a space between Horde and Reapers.

Our guild is old since 2006. We care about the name.

Post info: I have recuperated my old account, but it has no characters on it. I believe there was a wipe of inactive accounts, a few years back. Although the characters have been wiped, the character Akiamage is still in the armory, and that's what is probably locking the name.
I have also located the guild in the armory. It has one level 15 player in it, it may be inactive. Or could it be a similar armory conflict situation?
There is no way for us to resolve this issue on our end, this is why we ask for your help.

about character name, there is nothing you can do.
You need to wait next "name clean up" to free names of incactive character.

For the guild name, it is basically the same.
That character seems a bank character and I doubt you can get his Guild's name only because that is the name you want.

If the guild is occupied by a human player, there is nothing I expect to be done about it. First come, first serve. I was hoping, someone would clarify if that is the case.

Oh my old guild....strange how a player with no items holds the guild name and he seems to be pretty offline. he has skills learned but absolutely no items...Even if you are a bank character u get items...very weird...there's like a lot of ppl I know waiting for this guild name...and it belonged to us....not really fair..

Hi,
I've been playing on this amazing server since the Molten days and got a few LOD chars on Icecrown and some high end gear chars on Lordaeron, it would mean a great deal for us to get our guild name back... we're a medium size community of around 200 players who want to start our adventure on Lordaeron since it's the most blizz-like server we encountered, I know the GM's will do their best to help us. And it would be amazing if you could help Akiamage with his issue too, if it's possible.
