No more quests in Howling Fjord

After serial of qusts with Winterhoof Emblem https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=3...eated-by-spell
I stopped at the final task where I had to return back the rune. At this moment, I left from the game. When I came back, the Winterhoof Emblem was gone and the quest to get it back was gone. As a result, I can't get the next quests chain in Gjalerbron. It's blocks the Loremaster of Northrend. I contacted support a week ago, but so far no results. If you can reset this quest for my character it's was fine. Please help me.
