All the time I thought that The Scepter of the Shifting Sands Anachronos will give out only after the horde and alliance will collect the necessary amount of resources + 5 days to deliver the caravan. But today I found out that other people who did this quest, this scepter is already in the bag (I do not have it in my bag or in the bank). If you have completed the 3 shards, you don't have the scepter, and he's not offering another quest, then you either deleted the scepter or should submit a bug report. Probably quickly.
