Where is this the case? I don't see any bears with 99k hp in my glance of the screenshots above. Unless he's got it on hp% mode and its 99% hp?

As far as i can remember, on the old Ragnaros/Deathwing core, before Warmane was named Warmane, and before the servers got hacked and wiped, there was a period of time where alot of stamina buffs stacked differently. I'm talking like, 2013-2014, ages ago.

Back then, ALL buffs stacked. It was hilarious. GBoS stacked with Kings, so each one gave 10% more stamina EACH. Scrolls of Stamina stacked with Priest Buff, Commanding Shouts stacked with improved/not improved versions. Literally every form of different buff stacked back then due to bugs.
30k DPS on DBS was pretty achievable on Ragnaros, which back then used to be a 20x experience server. But due to Realm bugs, it also seemed like procrates were often 20x more frequent as well. Spell Power buffed spells it isn't meant to buff, like Arcane Shot, Frost Strike, etc etc.

Basically things used to be broken as all heck xD

he had survival instincts up, on the standard focus frame it is not able to see because too many buffs, but you can see frenzied regeneration there (usually bears pop those combined), on the final moments of the encounter, its not unwise to waste all the remaining cds as the boss is about to die in the next few seconds anyway. On the next screenshot, immediately after that, you can see it goes down to 64252
