WotLK Shadow's Edge

Hello everybody. I am almost ready to get my Shadow's Edge from the quest and I wanted to ask: Does the quest work?

Because I remember reading here somewhere that the ending part, the Shadowmourne quest wasn't really working and you had to contact a GM to make him give you the item so I was wondering if it's the same for Shadow's Edge.
I have no idea if things have changed or not, searching on the forum gave me no result.

Shadow's edge quest works fine. Only problem you might encounter is solved by relogging (can't turn in quest even if you have all the materials).
