Question about broken quests?

So i wanted to be a gnome but.. the quest "The Fight Continues" Is broken.

And so i wanted to try a pandaren, but the quest "Only the Worthy shall pass" is broken ( the fight with li fei never triggers? he doesn't appear to spawn .)

So i guess the question is
Can i submit a support ticket about these? after reading, it mentioned you can submit them for class quests, but these are racial (i guess) quests?
but as far as i know (and i'm certainly no expert) i can't continue on either of these characters as it stands.

So should i just wait until the game/realm gets patched again?

Also Saving the young for trolls is broken. :C Me and turnips have tried playing a lot of the species and wanna know if theres any fixes for all the broken intro quests
