WotLK UAE - Unable to Login - shows "you have been disconnected from the server"

My sister is from United Arab Emirates - Middle East - and cannot login

Upon entering her username and password - it immediately shows the "you have been disconnected from the server" message

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Actions Taken:
- Checked realmlist content (correct)
- Deleted 'connection' content
- Deleted WTF Folder
- Tried using VPN connection
- Edited DNS (network settings) 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
- all youtube/forum suggestions
- stopped seeding from torrent download

Hope someone has an update regarding this issue

I've read somewhere that connections from Middle East are being blocked by your ISPs I believe. VPN should work but since you said you tried and it didn't idk. Maybe try a different one?
