i havent played the game for so long like logged 1-2 in the last year and i wanted to log in again today to play and then it says im banned beacuse im a bot or something like how its even possible i havnt logged for like a year and now im banned? what i can do to tell them maybe they make a mistake??

Just wait several days, ban appeals are low priority. You didn't play for a year, you can wait 4-5 days.
