lost character

good afternoon, I had a character in frostmourne season 1 called Hardbox, he was a paladin, level 80, with many hours of play, achievements, gold, mounts, many sets, etc, this character is supposed to be in icecrown but now that I entered after a long time I do not see him, I only see an old character that I had in icecrown, I mean I should have 2 paladins lvl 80 in the realm of icecrown but only 1 appears.
