Make your fraps record 30 fps , also try to change if u have that option in WoW > video > that Sync something that changes ur frame rates,.. ehm.. i get usually 20-30 fps while frapsing and i have a sucky PC.

i use the version 3.0.3, my fps are stable 60 while recording try downloading it

Perhaps I need a 2nd hard drive. I heard you should have fraps writing to a hard drive different than the one your OS and WoW is on. Do you have more than one HDD?

Nah, you can have both wow and fraps on the same hardrive, with a good processor nd graphic card its fine.
