On topic:
I think you should keep your signature more basic. I like it, except the weird power ranger like figure and the text, which unfortunately is a big chunk of the signature. There are a lot of free photoshop tutorials on the internet. I suggest you go look through some of them :-)

I know you said it isn't easy for you, that's why I recommended you should watch tutorials :-)

For example: http://photoshoptutorials.ws/ or just search tutorials on YouTube
Not saying you should copy what they do to make a signature, but you can discover the techniques they use, and then apply that on your creativity.
