<Diffraction> is going casual mode!
After 50+ Lich King 25 HC kills and after clearing end-game content, <Diffraction> is going to casual mode. What does that mean? Like <Aurora> on Ragnaros, we are limiting our recruitments; we are no longer searching to masively recruit people as our raids are from now limited.
As we reached and cleared everything, achieved everything that could be achieved months ago (even had 3 LK 25 HC kills per week which no other guild yet accomplished on any realm) we got burn out from our raiding sessions and we just want to rest from farming all that content. 106 LK 25 HC weapons is given away, 53 mounts are given to our members.
Does this mean that we are disbanding or going social?
NO, not even close.
Being casual raiding guild is nothing even similiar to being a social guild, as we are still hosting 2xICC25 Heroic, 1xRS 25 Heroic, 1xICC 25 normal, 1xRS 25 normal and 1 ToGC per week.
We are just reducing numbers of raid and forming retail-like raiding style with 3 scheduled raiding days / week (12 raiding hours / week [not like we ever passed this even on our high-peek]) so we can focus on more important stuffs out there :)

Take some rest guys, you deserve it. You already did lots and lots of job in both Citadel and Chamber of Aspects, and if bosses were real players, they'd be crazy already. You've done great job, achieved all the best. Hopefully, you'll keep it up even further in future, just with less stress, time and resources consumed.

The futile attempts to take advantage of this event and talk Diffraction down is dumb; keep the Cheap Shots for your rogues in-game.
Diffraction is still the top guild in the eyes of the many, both in words and in actions, and will remain so. This changes nothing, it simply means the 100th Lich King Kill count will take a little longer :)

Thank you for your kind words, after all, you know the best when RL overwhelms your free time and what that can mean for a guild.
Also, time for us to be a guild for ourselves. We were here too long for "others", constantly poked and constantly provocated.
