For 4.06, there's no need for more haste. Just focus on crit if you want better mana return or mastery for deeper heals. Mastery is better for tackling heroic raids because your raid is gonna take a lot of damage and will usually be at lower hp. However, you must nor neglect crit, cuz you need your heals to occasionally return some mana and do 1,5 extra healing.
