Fire and Earth Elemental Totem

Hello,
Molten exist 3 Years now and since the release the elementals are bugy.
They dont use their abilitys and they dont benefit from shamis spellpower.
I have checked the bug-tracker, nobody has reported these bugs on Wotlk and there was only one bug report on Cata.

How is it possible that nobody has reported these bugs for 3 years?
Does really nobody of the shaman community care about these bugs?

I make this Thread to get some attention, i already pointed this out in the Bug Discussion Thread but no reply.... it seems nobody read it or nobody is interested in it.

I have made a bug report for Wotlk (finally after 3 years) :D

Please vote these bugs up and comment them with additional informations.
I wasnt able to find a specific information about the scaling with shamans spellpower.
I also dont know in what way the individual abilitys and auto attack benefit from elementals spellpower.

Well the problem is, i can easly top dps without them, and like 80% of the other shammies aswell.
Its not our biggest deal, i prefer to have the major spells fixed then those weakly minions of mine.

But thats only my 2cents.
