just forget about it, they will never fix it until ICC release on lord so the "leet and trustful" players will put report on it and bam fixed in 1 day. dev's/gm's/even malaco himself arent playing on Icecrown, so why they should care about bugs on it, even if it is most popular ****ing 3.3.5 realm out in the internets

btw should've tested mage cone of cold, i bet that shockwave sector should be identical to that since "in front of caster"/10yards

Heres my question: Whats the Shield Block value cap now that it is fixed (before glyphs, procs,activating shield block - just from gear, passively) How much flat sbv should I go after?

This is not a bug.

Shockwave was customized on old AT to equalize the delay and make it more reliable to use.
