I creared this to help me learn faster changed since i play all classes seriosly, but i guess it could be usefull for u too. Not absolutely all changes are included, as some minor changes like 1-2% of some spells, and not all glyph changes r included. The red hightlighted text mark changes that is especially important for me or is some kinda major change to this spell (mostly pvp based). Some spells/talent effects have their sum effect since they are changed in few of the patches - around 3-4 only. If u want something to be included which i missed u can post it here. One of my chars is called Zegraf if u got very important questions :D.

General:

  1. • All players interrupts don’t miss
  2. 1. All healing critical strikes now heal for 2 times a normal heal (+100%), up from 1.5 times a normal heal (+50%)
  3. 2. When interrupted while casting a single-school spell such as [Mind Flay] or [Frostbolt], players will now be able to cast dual-school spells such as [Mind Spike] (Frost and Shadow schools) or [Frostfire Bolt] (Frost and Fire schools). However, being interrupted while casting a dual-school spell will still interrupt all respective schools as intended.
  4. 3. Tanks base chance to dodge is now a fixed 5%.
  5.  [Blood Fury] now increases spell power rather than only spell damage.
  6. 4. The Aggressive pet stance has been removed and replaced with the Assist stance. This stance will cause the player's pet to attack the player's target. The pet will not change targets unless the master attacks a new target for a few seconds.
  7. 5. The Defensive pet stance will now only cause the player's pet to attack enemies which attack the pet or the master.
  8.  All raid and party buffs which grant group members 10% increased attack power have been changed slightly. They continue to provide 10% increased ranged attack power, but now provide 20% increased melee attack power.
  9.  Threat generated by classes in active tanking modes has been increased to 500% damage done, up from 300%
  10.  The first melee attack taken by the tank generates Vengeance equal to 33% of the damage taken by that attack. In addition, as it updates periodically during the fight, it's always set to at least 33% of the damage taken by the tank in the last 2 seconds. It still climbs from that point at the rate it did previously, still decays when damage is not taken, and still cannot exceed a maximum based on the health and Stamina of the tank.
Death Knight

  1. • Glyph of Succor changed
  2. 1. [Obliterate] base damage has been reduced to 150% weapon damage, down from 160%.
  3. 2. Death Strike now heals the death knight whether or not the attack misses, or is dodged/parried. As a result of this change, Death Strike no longer refunds its rune cost if it fails to hit the target, as the death knight will still receive the healing effect.
  4. 3. Death Knight pets now properly inherit their master’s crit and spell penetration stats
Blood

  1.  Blood Presence now provides an armor bonus of 55%, up from 30%.
  2.  Blade Barrier has been redesigned. It now passively reduces damage taken.
  3.  Bone Shield now has 6 charges, up from 4.
  4.  Veteran of the Third War now reduces the cooldown of Outbreak by 30 seconds.

Frost

  1. • [Frost Strike] now deals 130% of weapon damage, up from 110%.
  2. • [Howling Blast] damage has been increased by 20%. To compensate, the area-of-effect splash now does 50% of the single-target damage, down from 60%. The net result of this change leaves the area-of-effect damage roughly the same as 4.0.6 numbers. In addition, Howling Blast now has a facing requirement.
  3. 1. [Hungering Cold] now has a 1.5-second cast time.
  4. 2. [Might of the Frozen Wastes] now increases two-handed weapon damage by 3/7/10%, down from 4/8/12%

Unholy

  1. • [Rage of Rivendare] again applies 15/30/45% additional damage to Plague, Scourge, and Festering Strike, up from 12/24/36%.
  2.  Unholy Might now increases Strength by 25%, up from 5%.
Druid

  1. • Enrage] no longer increases physical damage taken.
  2. • [Lifebloom]'s bloom effect has been reduced by 20%.
  3. • 100% pushback protection from damage while channeling [Tranquility].
  4. • Stampeding Roar will no longer break [Prowl]
  5. 1. [Ferocious Bite] damage has been increased by 15%. In addition, its base cost has been reduced to 25 energy and it can use up to 25 energy, for up to a 100% damage increase.
  6. 2. [Mangle] (Cat) damage at level 80 and above has been increased to 540% weapon damage, up from 460%, and bonus damage has been lowered to 302.
  7. 3. [Rake] initial damage on hit now deals the same damage as each periodic tick (and is treated the same for all combat calculations). Periodic damage now gains 14.7% of attack power per tick, up from 12.6%, and base damage per tick has been lowered from 557 to 56. There is a known issue with Rake's tooltip being incorrect from this change will be corrected in a future patch.
  8. 4. [Ravage] damage at level 80 and above has been increased to 950% weapon damage, up from 850%, and bonus damage has been lowered to 532.
  9. 5. [Savage Roar] now grants 80% increased damage to melee auto attacks, up from 50%. The Glyph of Savage Roar remains an unchanged bonus of 5% to that total.
  10. 6. [Shred] damage at level 80 and above has been increased to 540% weapon damage, up from 450%, and bonus damage has been lowered to 302.
  11. 7. [Innervate] now grants an ally target 5% of his or her maximum mana over 10 seconds, but still grants 20% of the druid's maximum mana over 10 seconds when self-cast.
  12. 8. [Omen of Clarity] clearcasting buff from now lasts 15 seconds, up from 8 seconds.
  13. 9. [Starfire] damage has been increased by approximately 23%.
  14. 10. [Wrath] damage has been increased by approximately 23%
  15.  Swipe (Cat) has been reduced to 340% weapon damage, down from 415%
  16.  Bear Form now provides a Stamina bonus of 20%, up from 10%
Moonkin

  1. • [Starsurge] damage has been reduced by 20%.
Feral

  1. • [Feral Swiftness] now also causes [Dash] and [Stampeding Roar] to have a 50/100% chance to instantly remove all movement impairing effects from the affected targets when used.
  2. 1. [Faerie Fire (Feral)] base damage has been raised to 2950, up from 679. Attack power scaling has been decreased to 10.8%, down from 15%.
  3. 2. [Maul] base damage has been raised to 35, up from 8. Attack power scaling has been decreased to 19%, down from 26.4%.
  4. 3. [Pulverize] weapon damage percent has been decreased to 60%, down from 80%. Damage per Lacerate application has been increased to 1623, up from 361.
  5. 4. [Mangle] (Bear) weapon damage percent has been decreased to 190%, down from 260%. Bonus damage has been increased to 3306, down from 754.
  6. 5. Swipe base damage has been increased to 929, up from 215. Attack power scaling has been decreased to 12.3%, down from 17.1%.
  7. 6. Thrash initial base damage has been increased to 1042, up from 339. Initial damage attack power scaling has been decreased to 9.82%, down from 19.2%. Periodic base damage has been increased to 581, up from 189. Periodic damage attack power scaling has been decreased to 1.67%, down from 3.26%. In addition, a bug was corrected where armor decreased the periodic damage done by this ability.
  8. 7. [Lacerate] initial base damage has been increased to 3608, up from 2089. Initial damage attack power scaling has been decreased to 5.52%, down from 7.66%. Periodic base damage has been increased to 69, up from 16. Periodic damage attack power scaling has been decreased to 0.369%, down from 0.512%.
  9. 8. [Natural Reaction] damage reduction has been increased to 9/18%, up from 6/12%.
  10.  Glyph of Shred has been renamed Glyph of Bloodletting, and now also causes Mangle (Cat) to extend the duration of Rip
  11.  [Glyph of Berserk] duration increase is now 10 seconds, up from 5.
  12.  [Glyph of Ferocious Bite] has been redesigned. It now causes [Ferocious Bite] to heal the caster for 1% of maximum health for each 10 energy used.
Resto

  1. • [Malfurion's Gift] now reduces the cooldown of Tranquility by 2.5/5 minutes.
  2. • [Nature's Swiftness] now also increases the healing done by the affected nature spell by 50%.
  3. 1. Harmony increases direct healing by an additional 10%, and casting direct healing spells grants an additional 10% bonus to periodic healing for 10 seconds.
  4.  Wild Growth healing has been reduced by 20%.
Hunter

  1. • [Deterrence] no longer requires a melee weapon to be equipped.
  2. • [Tame Beast] now tames pets to match the hunter's level, rather than 3 levels below.
  3. • Happiness removed
  4. 1. [Multi-Shot] damage has been reduced. It now deals 120% weapon damage at level 80 or higher, down from 137%.
  5.  Monstrous Bite now reduces the target’s healing received by 25%, up from 10%.
  6.  Widow Venom now reduces the target’s healing received by 25%, up from 10%.
  7.  [Aspect of the Hawk] now grants roughly 35% more attack power.
  8.  [Deterrence] now also reduces damage taken by 30% while active.
  9.  [Black Arrow] now ticks every 2 seconds for 20 seconds, as opposed to every 3 seconds for 15 seconds. The total damage dealt by the ability is unchanged
Beastmaster

  1.  Animal Handler now increases Attack Power by 30%, up from 25%.
Markmanship

  1. 1. [Careful Aim] now grants additional critical strike chance against targets over 90% health, up from 80% health.
  2.  Bombardment now only affects the next Multi-shot cast.
  3.  Resistance is Futile! is now activated by targets affected by Marked for Death.
Survival

  1. 1. [Black Arrow] damage done has been increased by roughly 40%.
  2.  Explosive Shot damage has been increased by 15%.
Mage

  1. • [Arcane Blast] cast time has been reduced to 2.0 seconds, down from 2.35 seconds.
  2. • [Arcane Explosion] damage has been increased by 30%.
  3. • [Arcane Missiles] damage has been increased by 13%.
  4. • [Blizzard] damage has been increased by 70%.
  5. • [Frost Armor] has been reworked: It now reduces physical damage taken by 15%, instead of providing 20% additional armor.
  6. • [Frostbolt] damage has been increased by 10%.
  7. 1. [Arcane Blast] damage done has been reduced by 5%.
  8. 2. [Spellsteal] mana cost has been increased by 100%.
  9.  Pyroblast’s initial damage has been increased by approximately 26%, and its damage over time has been increased by approximately 100%.
  10.  Fireball damage has been increased by approximately 17%.
  11.  [Fireball] damage has been reduced by roughly 6%. (around 11%)
  12.  [Pyroblast] damage has been reduced by roughly 6%.
Arcane

  1. • [Arcane Barrage] damage has been increased by 13%.
Fire

  1. • [Ignite] is no longer triggered from periodic critical effects.
  2.  Living Bomb damage over time has been increased by approximately 10%, and explosion damage has been increased by approximately 120%.
  3.  Combustion’s damage over time can now hit critically
Frost

  1. • [Fingers of Frost] bonus damage applied to [Ice Lance] has been increased to 25%, up from 15%.
  2. • [Ice Barrier] base damage value has been increased by approximately 120%. In addition, the benefit from spell power has been increased by approximately 8%.
Paladin

  1. • Divine Protection can no longer be dispelled
  2. • Judgments are now useable while silenced.
  3. • [Word of Glory] now has a 20-second cooldown.
  4. 1. [Divine Light] mana cost has been increased to 35% of base mana, up from 30%.
  5. 2. [Flash of Light] mana cost has been increased to 31% of base mana, up from 27%.
  6. 3. [Holy Light] mana cost has been increased to 12% of base mana, up from 10%.
  7.  Holy Radiance now has a 3.0-second cast time, no cooldown, and requires a player target. That target is imbued with Holy Radiance, which heals them and all group members within 10 yards instantly, and continues to heal them by a smaller amount every 1 second for 3 seconds.
  8.  Judgement no longer automatically targets a nearby enemy when the player attempts to activate it without a hostile target selected.
  9.  Seal of Insight, when Judged, no longer returns 15% base mana to the paladin. Judging Seal of Insight still causes damage, and melee attacks will still restore 4% of base mana.
  10.  Seal of Truth, when Judged, now benefits from a multiplier of 20% per stack of Censure, up from 10%
Holy

  1. • Illuminated Healing has been increased to provide 1.5% effect per mastery, up from 1.25%.
  2. • [Walk in the Light] (passive) removes the cooldown of Word of Glory.
  3. 1. [Beacon of Light] can no longer be dispelled. In addition, it now transfers 100% of the heal from Holy Light, but still 50% of the heal from other spells.
  4. 2. [Denounce] has been redesigned. It still reduces the mana cost of [Exorcism]. However, it no longer has a chance on Holy Shock of making Exorcism free and instant. Instead, it has a 50/100% chance to prevent the Exorcism target from causing critical effects for the next 6 seconds. This effect can be dispelled.
  5. 3. [Holy Shock] mana cost has been decreased to 7% of base mana, down from 8%.
  6. 4. [Illuminated Healing] (Mastery) has been adjusted slightly so that if a paladin refreshes an existing copy of his or her own Illuminated Healing on a target, the new absorption amount will be added into the old absorption amount and the duration will be reset. The total absorption created can never exceed 1/3 of the casting paladin's health.
  7. 5. [Infusion of Light] can now lower the cast time of Flash of Light by 0.75/1.5 seconds, in addition to Holy Light and [Divine Light]. In addition, the old Denounce spell overlay effect has been transferred to Infusion of Light since Denounce is no longer a proc.
  8. 6. [Speed of Light] now increases movement speed when [Holy Radiance] or [Divine Protection] are cast. In addition, this talent now reduces the cooldown of [Holy Radiance] by 13/26/40 seconds, up from 10/20/30.
  9. 7. [Walk in the Light] now improves [Word of Glory] healing by 30%, in addition to its current effects
  10.  Clarity of Purpose now also reduces the cast time of Holy Radiance.
  11.  Illuminated Healing (mastery) now also applies to Holy Radiance.
  12.  Infusion of Light now applies its cast time reduction from Holy Shock critical effects to Holy Radiance, in addition to its current effects.
  13.  In addition to providing haste, the effect from Judgements of the Pure now increases mana regeneration from Spirit by 10/20/30% for 60 seconds.
  14.  Light of Dawn now affects 6 targets (base effect), up from 5.
  15.  Paragon of Virtue now lowers the cooldown of Divine Protection by 15/30 seconds, up from 10/20 seconds.
  16.  Speed of Light no longer triggers from Holy Radiance and no longer lowers the Holy Radiance cooldown. Speed of Light now only triggers from Divine Protection.
  17.  Tower of Radiance, in addition to its current effects, now also causes Holy Radiance to always generate 1 charge of Holy Power at all times.
  18.  Beacon of Light is triggered by Word of Glory, Holy Shock, Flash of Light, Divine Light and Light of Dawn at 50% transference and Holy Light at 100% transference. It does not transfer Holy Radiance, Protector of the Innocent or other sources of healing.
  19.  Glyph of Light of Dawn now lowers the number of targets to 4, instead of increasing targets to 6, but increases healing by 25%
  20.  [Holy Radiance] now costs 40% of base mana, up from 35%.

Protection

  1. • [Divine Guardian] cooldown is now 3 minutes, up from 2.
  2. 1. Hammer of the Righteous] mana cost has been lowered to 10%, down from 12%
  3. 2. [Holy Shield] has been redesigned. This talent is now an activated ability off the global cooldown. It grants 20% increased block amount to a paladin's shield blocks for 10 seconds, with a 30-second cooldown.
Retribution

  1. • [Sacred Shield]'s internal cooldown has been increased to 60 seconds, up from 30.
  2. 1. [Inquiry of Faith] now increases [Inquisition] duration by 66/133/200%, up from 50/100/150%.
  3. 2. The [Seals of Command] talent now makes [Seal of Righteousness] hit an unlimited number of melee targets, instead of only 2 additional targets.
  4. 3. [Selfless Healer] can no longer be dispelled and cannot be stolen via [Spellsteal]; and, in addition to its current effects, it lowers the cooldown of [Word of Glory] by 5/10 seconds.
  5.  Sanctified Retribution now increases the critical hit chance of Hammer of Wrath by 2/4/6%, down from 20/40/60%.
  6.  Two-Handed Weapon Specialization (passive) now increases damage by 25%, up from 20%
Priest

  1. • [Dispel Magic] can only be used on the casting priest as a baseline effect.
  2. • Priests now innately have 100% pushback protection from damage while channeling [Divine Hymn] and [Hymn of Hope].
  3. • [Mind Sear] damage has been doubled.
  4. 1. [Devouring Plague] damage done has been decreased by 12%.
  5. 2. [Mind Blast] damage done has been increased by 12%.
  6. 3. [Shadow Word: Death] damage done has been increased by 12%.
  7. 4. [Shadow Word: Pain] damage done has been decreased by 12%
  8.  Divine Hymn now affects 5 targets, up from 3.


Disc


  1. • [Absolution] (new passive) enables priests to use Dispel Magic on up to 2 harmful effects on friendly targets.
  2. • [Power Word: Barrier]'s cooldown has been increased to 3 minutes, up from 2, and its effect has been reduced to 25%, down from 30%.



Holy

  1. • [Holy Word: Sanctuary] healing done has been increased by 35%. In addition, it has a new spell effect.
  2.  State of Mind has been redesigned and is now called Heavenly Voice. Heavenly Voice increases the healing done by Divine Hymn by 50/100%, and reduces the cooldown of Divine Hymn by 2.5/5 minutes.
  3.  Guardian Spirit’s healing bonus has been increased to 60%, up from 40%.
  4.  Holy Word: Serenity now has a cooldown of 10 seconds, down from 15 seconds.
  5.  Glyph of Circle of Healing now also increases the mana cost of Circle of Healing by 20%
Shadow

  1. 1. Mind Flay] damage done has been increased by 12%.
  2. 2. [Psychic Horror] no longer has a forward facing requirement, making it consistent with other non-projectile-based crowd control spells.
  3. 3. [Sin and Punishment]'s [Vampiric Touch] backlash fear effect no longer has diminishing returns.
  4. 4. [Vampiric Touch] damage done has been decreased by 12%
Rogue

  1. • [Recuperate] base effect now heals 3% per tick, up from 2%.
  2. • [Stealth] base cooldown has been reduced to 6 seconds, down from 10, and the movement penalty from being in Stealth has been removed.
  3. 1. [Cloak of Shadows] cooldown is now 2 minutes, up from 90 seconds.
  4. 2. [Combat Readiness] and Cloak of Shadows now share a cooldown
  5.  Wound Poison now reduces the target’s healing received by 25%, up from 10%.
Assasin

  1. 1. [Assassin's Resolve] damage bonus has been increased to 20%, up from 15%.
  2. 2. [Vile Poisons] now increases poison damage by 12/24/36%, up from 7/14/20%.
Combat

  1. • [Improved Recuperate] now adds 0.5%/1% to the health restoration effect of Recuperate, down from 1%/2%.
  2. 1. [Savage Combat] now increases attack power by 3/6%, up from 2/4%.
  3. 2. • [Vitality] now increases attack power by 30%, up from 25%.
Sublety

  1. 1. [Cheat Death] now reduces damage taken by 80% while in effect, (down from 90%). Its internal cooldown has been raised to 90 seconds, up from 60.
  2. 2. [Nightstalker] now reduces the cooldown of Stealth by 2/4 seconds, and instead of negating the movement penalty from Stealth, it adds a 5/10% movement speed bonus (stacking with other effects) while Stealthed.
  3. 3. [Elusiveness] now reduces the cooldown of Cloak of Shadows by 15/30 seconds, up from 10/20, and now also reduces the cooldown of Combat Readiness by 15/30 seconds.
  4. 4. [Hemorrhage] base damage has been increased by 40%.
  5. 5. [Sanguinary Vein] damage to bleeding targets has been increased to 8/16%, from 5/10%.
Shaman

  1. • [Grounding Totem] cooldown has been increased to 25 seconds, up from 15.
  2. 1. [Fire Nova] damage has been increased by 15%.
  3. 2. [Lightning Shield] and [Water Shield] can no longer be dispelled.
  4. 3. [Unleash Elements] is now in the Nature school, and thus can no longer be used if a shaman's Nature school has been locked out.
  5. 4. [Unleash Wind] now deals 175% weapon damage, up from 125%.
  6. 5. [Water Shield] has had its internal cooldown reduced to 3.5 seconds, once again matching other shields. The amount of mana restored when Water Shield procs has been reduced by 50%.
  7.  Flametongue Weapon no longer increases spell damage. It now increases all non-physical damage done by the wielder by 5%.
  8.  Wind Shear’s base cooldown has been adjusted to 15 seconds, up from 6 seconds.
Elemental

  1. 1. [Lava Flows] now grants a 30/60/90% haste buff when a Flame Shock effect is dispelled, up from 10/20/30%.
  2. 2. [Thunderstorm] now reduces the movement speed of players it knocks back by 40% for 5 seconds.
  3. 3. [Glyph of Unleashed Lightning] (new Prime glyph) Your Lightning Bolt takes 5% longer to cast, but may be cast while moving.
  4. 4. Earthquake no longer a channeled spell. It now has a 2-second cast time, lasts for 10 seconds, and has a 10-second cooldown. Its damage has been reduced by 40% from its channeled version.
  5.  Earthquake damage has been increased by roughly 75%.
  6.  Elemental Fury now removes the cooldown from Chain Lightning.
  7.  Reverberation now reduces the cooldown of Wind Shear by 5/10 seconds, up from 0.5/1 second.
  8.  Shamanism now increases the spell power benefit to Lightning Bolt, Lava Burst, and Chain Lightning by 36%, up from 32%.
Enhancement

  1. • talent called [Seasoned Winds]- When you successfully prevent an enemy spellcast with Wind Shear or Grounding Totem, you gain X resistance to that spell's magical school for 10 sec. replaced [Improved Fire Nova].
  2. 1. [Stormstrike] now deals 225% weapon damage, up from 125%.
  3.  Improved Lava Lash now causes Lava Lash to spread a Flame Shock debuff from the target to up to 4 nearby targets. This excludes crowd-controlled targets and those who already have a Flame Shock debuff from the shaman.
  4.  Improved Lava Lash no longer increases base Lava Lash damage by 15/30%. This increase has been rolled into the base Lava Lash skill.
  5.  Mental Quickness has been redesigned. Instead of granting the shaman spell power, Mental Quickness now causes Enhancement shaman spells to behave as though the shaman has spell power equal to 55% of attack power. Enhancement shaman spells no longer benefit from spell power from other sources.
Restoration

  1. • [Cleansing Waters] now has a 6-second internal cooldown.
  2. • [Deep Healing] now benefits all heals, not just direct heals.
  3. • [Earth Shield] healing done by Restoration shaman has been reduced by 20%.
  4. • [Nature's Blessing] has been improved to 6/12/18% bonus direct healing on Earth Shielded targets, up from 5/10/15%.
  5. • [Spirit Link Totem] (new talent) reduces damage taken by all party and raid members within 10 yards by 10%. This lasts 6 seconds, and every second it is active the health of all affected players is redistributed among them, such that each player ends up with the same percentage of their maximum health. This counts as an Air totem and has a 3-minute cooldown.
  6. 1. Improved Water Shield has been redesigned and renamed [Resurgence]. When Water Shield is active, Resurgence causes critical direct heals to restore mana (Resurgence rank 2 is roughly equal to 150% of the old Improved Water Shield value when a [Healing Wave] or [Greater Healing Wave] critically hits, and scaled down accordingly for faster or multi-target spells).
  7. 2. [Mana Tide Totem] now grants 200% of the caster's Spirit, down from 400%
  8.  Ancestral Healing now also causes the shaman's heals to increase the target's maximum health by 5/10% of the amount healed, up to a maximum of 10% of the target's maximum health, for 15 seconds. This effect does not stack if multiple Restoration shaman are present, and does not apply to heals from procs.
  9.  Riptide's periodic healing coefficient has been increased by 50%.
Warrior

  1. • [Colossus Smash] now ignores 50% of a hostile player's armor (PvP), but continues to ignore 100% of a non-player character's armor (PvE).
  2. • [Intercept] now has a 1.5-second stun, down from 3 seconds.
  3. • [Pummel] is now usable in all stances.
  4. • [Rallying Cry] (new ability) It temporarily grants the warrior and all party or raid members within 30 yards 20% of maximum health for 10 seconds.
  5. • [Shield Bash] has been removed from the game.
  6. • [Spell Reflection] cooldown has been increased to 25 seconds
  7. 1. [Overpower] now has a 1.5-second cooldown and global cooldown ( [Taste for Blood]'s Overpower cooldown has not changed).
  8. 2. [Recklessness] and [Deadly Calm] can no longer be used at the same time. One cannot be used while the other is active, but using one does not put the other on its full cooldown.
  9. 3. [Retaliation], Recklessness and [Shield Wall] no longer have stance requirements.
Arms

  1. • [Improved Hamstring] now reduces the global cooldown on [Hamstring] by 0.25/0.5 seconds in addition to its current effects.

  4.  Furious Attacks now reduces the target’s healing received by 25%, up from 10%
Warlock

  1. • [Dark Intent]: The friendly target of this ability now receives 1% (stacking 3 times to 3%) periodic spell damage and healing bonus instead of 3% (stacking 3 times to 9%). The casting Warlock still receives 3% (stacking 3 times to 9%).
  2. • [Rain of Fire] damage has been increased by 25%.
  3. • [Seed of Corruption] damage has been increased by 20%
  4. • [Shadow Bite] (Felhunter) damage and effect has doubled.
  5.  Soul Fire now scales with 72.6% of spell power, up from 62.5%
Affiction

  1. • [Haunt] damage has been increased by 30%.
  2. • [Shadow Mastery] (passive) has been increased to 30%, up from 25%.
  3. • [Unstable Affliction] damage done when it is dispelled has been doubled, but this damage can no longer be critical.
  4.  Jinx now increases the target’s rage, energy, focus, or runic power cost of abilities, rather than reducing their generation.
Demonology

  1.  Master Demonologist now grants a base bonus of 20%18.4% and 2.5%2.3% per mastery, up from 16% and 2% per mastery.
Destruction

  1.  Fire and Brimstone now increases the damage of Incinerate and Chaos Bolt on Immolated targets by 5/10/15%, up from 2/4/6%.
  2.  Burning Embers now deals damage equal to 25/50% of Soul Fire and Imp’s Firebolt, up from 15/30%.
  3.  Improved Soul Fire now lasts 20 sec, up from 15sec.
