FireStone Vs SpellStone

Hello,
Just started to play lock and can't seem to find if i sould use Spellstone for the haste or the Firestone for the Crit and Direct dmg increase?
Since i don't rly know why Haste is such a big part of demo I can't decide for my self :)

I always went with haste, dunno if it was the optimal one. A guide would probably tell.

Generally you will use Spellstone while you don't have the hast cap and when you have Bis it changes to firestone
