WotLK Melee miss

Hey, i have a problem with my enhance shammy. A week ago i realized i miss alot, but don't know what's causing that. On fights where boss lasts few mins i miss at least 10 times. Is that normal for enhance shammy who has 440 hit rating?? And one more thing, i miss only with melee, never with spells. I would appreaciate any kind of help, ty :)

Yeah, it's normal to miss that much melee hits. I dunno why most people go with 440 hit since 560 seems to be the 17% spell hit cap.

PS: I don't usually have a spriest on my g-raids.

500+ hit, plus benefits from raid, that could solve your problem.

dwal wield users have a base miss chance of 24% for white melee autoattacks +3% for bosses, so you would need 27% melee hit (around 880 hit rating) to avoid any miss on autoattacks, thats twice the hit rating you currently have so the loss of other important stats like haste is not worth, your cap is around 446 hit rating, just stay there and dont try to reach autoattacks melee cap.
