Another macro for Poly:

#showtooltip Polymorph
/cast [target=mouseover,exists] Polymorph

The following macro will cast a Polymorph on your target OR at the target you have your mouse at (map or frame). It helps at arenas (3s and 5s) when you've lost your Focus Target or you swap targets. Also good for BGs since there are a lot of enemies.
Same for couterspell.
