WotLK Forever in combat?

During dungeons and instances, I can never drink because it constantly says I am in combat. Is this a bug? Any workarounds for this? Or is it just me? Thanks!

It's always like this in some dungeons (for example drak'tharon or the nexus once you'e aggro'd these little flowers) and its not speific to shaman.
You could get rid of it usually, but it's often too much of a harass and people prefer finishing the dungeon with the combat bug over doing it. Once you're done just leave the group and you should be fine.

If it happens to you in a dungeon where it shouldnt, be sure to remove your totems and to /reload your UI.
