Well its not as simple as here are stats this is how you reforge. Its more like Here are stats each stat has different strengths or weaknesses. But as you suggested here is a link.

personally reforge the following:

Int >Spirit(till "enough") >haste (916) >mastery > crit > haste

I beleive this maximizes my healing playstyle which revolves around using the riptide + UE heavily to throw around big heals.

But ultimate as i said it depends on YOUR healing style and the healer you have around you.

I tried to go for as much mastery as I could, while having 2600 spirit and 944 haste.
