how to burst:
waiting on CS proc and MS, use DC in the last 5 sec use trinket, and reck if you need (if not use DC and trinket in same time). IR on 75+ rage or 55+ with BT proc and the longer cd than 15 to DC
how to execute:
take care about execute stacks, change slam with execute do normal rotation.

U can add that nightelfes are best if u have 3 trinkets (eye of unmaking, bone-link fetish and creche) and playing with eye + creche till aoe comes on yorsahj or madness then /cast shadowmeld /equip bonelink /use golemblood potion ( creche replacing eye of unmaking) and bladestorm and u gonna do 100k dps easy.
