WotLK Spell resist and spell pen

Are hex, earthbind totem and wind shear affected by spell resist?
Do i need spell pen for them if i am a resto shammy pvp?

im not quite sure does spell pen work properly on molten but i guess for hex/purge u need spell pen...but its just a guess i cant give u correct answer

resistance works only in terms of reducing damage but it cant grant you ability to fully resist spell on molten. therefor as resto you just need enough hit and your interrupts, dispels and ccs wont fail to land, ever
