NEVER give out your account information, this includes: email, username, password.

Warmane is not responsible for the unauthorized access or tampering of your account.

We recommend that you enable 2 step authentication within your account panel on the website.

We recommend that you use a unique password for each service you use, an example:
- Warmane
- Email accounts
- Facebook
- Twitter
- Google/Gmail/Youtube


There is no longer support for the following occurrences:
- Account trading, this is a bannable offense and will result in the accounts in question being terminated.


The main website now controls the entirety of your account's integrity, including:
- Changing your email, this changes your website, ingame, forum and premium support email now.
- Changing your password, this changes your website, ingame, forum and premium support password now.
- Enabling/Disabling 2 Step Authentication.
- Changing your forum display name (currently disabled).


Methods to retrieve your account:
- Visit the Retrieve Page to acquire your username, password or remove two factor authentication.
- Open a General Inquirity ticket (premium accounts only) or send an e-mail to [email protected] if you are having trouble accessing your account, you may be asked verification questions prior to any action being taken.


Two factor authentication:
With the introduction of email two factor authentication in-game, support guidelines have been amended.
The following is a summary of the two factor authentication system as well as assistance that can be expected for the different protection levels enabled.

There are 2 different types of secondary protection for your account:

- Google two factor authentication.
- Email two factor authentication.

Both of these options protect website and in-game services from unauthorized access.

There is 3 different protection levels for an account using two factor authentication:

- Disabled
- Website only
- Enabled

Disabled means you do not have two factor authentication enabled.
Having two factor authentication disabled means the assistance for the following issues will be limited:
- Password or email changed following unauthorized access to your account
- Loss of currency from gifting or character trading on the website following unauthorized access to your account
- Any issues that arise in-game following unauthorized access to your account, including but not limited to guild theft, deleted characters, item deletion

Website only means you do not have two factor authentication enabled in-game, but enabled on the website.
Having two factor authentication disabled in-game means the assistance for the following issues will be limited:
- Any issues that arise in-game following unauthorized access to your account, including but not limited to guild theft, deleted characters, item deletion

Enabled means you do have two factor authentication enabled.
Having two factor authentication enabled both on the website and in-game means will we do our best to resolve any issues that arise with the website or in-game services regarding your account and it's data.
