    Elemental shaman spell power

    Hi i wanna ask about Wrath totem and Flametounge Weapon spell dmg, this can stuck ??
    i try dmg on dummy whit flametounge i have 28k hit , whit Wrath totem i have 30k and when i have totem and flamtonge weapon still i have 30k dmg .
    Some1 can tell this is bug or its working good?
