Get the app called Xpadder http://xpadder.com/
Follow The instructions below and make sure to copy and use my Xpadder profile.
I assure you that nobody has posted Xpadder settings this in depth and extremely easy to use for playing wow thus far.

    Intro:
*YE BE WARNED!This profile is not for the faint of heart.*
I personally use this profile with my Xbox360 controller but it should also work with the PS3 and their equivalent counterparts. This is a working progress but it is my most in-depth approach to getting everything crammed in while trying to keep it simple...stupid....
The profile is based primarily off of the way I play WoW with a keyboard... that's mostly with no mouse. So yinz key turners ought to love this. BUT DON'T WORRY! There are mouse control settings. I also have a couple little tricks up my sleeve to alleviate some dependency for a mouse.

    First:
    Spoiler: Show

You need to make a few minor but Mandatory key binding changes in-game. If you are currently running with the default key bindings, then grrreat! This should not interfere with any pre-existing bindings. All other key bindings remain in their default state. This is very important and you'll see why when you try it....

    under "Movement Keys"
    set "Toggle Autorun" to " \ " (Back-slash)
set "Follow Target" to " ] " (Right Square Bracket)
    under "Targeting Functions"
set "Interact with Target" to " . " (Period)
set "Last Hostile Target" to "G"

Explanation for the Mandatory key bindings:
I have made a couple powerful multifunctional actional buttonals...??... with these 4 bindings and they are just as useful playing with a keyboard.

-The first variant I call the "Bruiser Cruiser" is an autorunin' piggy-backin' interaction killer frenzy button that will allow you to maneuver around your friendlies and foelies? Not facing your target? Tap this bad boy while you have a target and you'll 180 your enemies out of Azeroth! ...or atleast someones going home with a bruised ego. While up close in melee range, double tapping this will spin you around to face your target without running past them. For a friendly NPC, this action will start up a conversation with them or follow a friendly player. This is the function of the right joystick button while using the default set 1 or sets 2,5 and 6. (ie: while on set 1. Press the left joystick to target an enemy or Right Trigger+Left Joystick Button to target a friendly and then press the Right Joystick Button to interact with them.)

-The second variant I call "Quick Loot" will allow you to target your last dead hostile, auto run to it and loot it. This only works with your last hostile target.(Hostile as in an aggressive mob that is or was attacking you at some point in the recent past or presently.) If you learn the curve you can string along killings and lootings indefinitely without ever using a mouse or mouse like function. This is a 2 part toggle function. The first press of the button by default will target your last hostile(dead or alive) and the second press will attack or loot depending on the hostiles current state of health. This is the function of the right joystick while using sets 3 or 4. (ie: while on set 1. press and hold down on the D-pad and double press the right joystick.)

    Optional key binding changes:
I have found that there are key bindings in-game for the sound options. You may want to just remove them and leave them blank(as I did) or change them. Because you might hit "ctrl+S" and be like "WTF happened to my SOUND!!!??? ...derp"

So under "Miscellaneous Functions" Unbind the following
    "Toggle Music"
    "Toggle Sound"
    "Master Volume Up"
    "Master Volume Down"
    "Toggle Self Mute"

I have one other option for the people that like more options and flexibility. A 180 degree camera flip. It's more useful than it may sound. try it.

    under "Camera Functions"
    set"Flip Camera" to "Ctrl+X"
This is accomplished by pressing the Right Trigger + Down Direction on the Right Joystick

    Third:
    Spoiler: Show

Please allow me to explain a bit about the individual controller sets.
-Set 1 is going to be your primary fall back default set while playing.
-Sets 2-6 are used by holding either the LT (Left Trigger) or Up, Down, Left, Right of the Directional Pad. Each set has its own unique functions but still carries over a few of the same controls as Set 1.
-Sets 2-5 and 7-8 all have full mouse controls.
-Sets 2 and 5 have sticky mouse buttons mostly for a basic and easy camera rotation.(Tip: try to keep your cursor centered at all times to keep from a possible drag and drop mishap. Keeping your mouse centered also helps when you need to use the mouse to loot or target something in front of you.) I'm still trying to find a better way to adjust the camera but this works well enough for now. Or atleast finding a way to send the cursor to center screen as I press these sticky mouse buttons would at the least make this safer to use.
-Sets 3 and 4 is mainly used for Quick Looting and quick access to standard mouse abilities when I need to accept/turn in quests or sell junk to a vendor.(Note: There are a few WoW addons out there that auto accept and turn in completed quests for you without all the mouse clicking fuss. Google it or check http://wow.curseforge.com )
-Set 8 is my standard control set just for navigating throughout Windows, from game to web browser to app to app. Accessable by holding the up or down on the D-Pad and pressing the RT (Right Trigger) while on set 1. It's not a show stopper if you clear this one or the 7th set but they have been carefully arranged for the most comfort and functionality possible for combination key presses such as short cuts key strokes. Which I have always used profusely. If you don't know windows shortcut keys, then I strongly recommend you look up a list of the most used and useful for Windows and Internet Explorer.
-Set 7 is a modified set 8 that allows me to open and run a little app called TwoStick and also either return to set 8 or set 1 with a one way set switch. The app is for typing with your two joysticks.

A little Info you should know about TwoStick
    Spoiler: Show

If you decide to use TwoStick, make note that some of the apps features do not work properly. For instance the caps lock feature doesn't work. So I made the right joystick button "shift" and its set to toggle. However, the TwoStick app will cause shift to stick on, you will have to press your keyboard right-hand "shift" once to unstick it after you have toggled it off with Xpadder. Also backspace doesn't work either and that's why I have assigned the LB (Left Bumper) to do so. This is hopefully just a temporary work around until I can find a better solution.
-You will need to download TwoStick (app used for typing) https://kickass.to/twostick-11-zip-t9045405.html#main
-Create a Shortcut of TwoStick and set the shortcut key to Ctrl+Alt+T in the properties
-Pin the TwoStick shortcut to the start menu
Now that's done you can open TwoStick by pressing the start button on your controller while set 7 is active and pressing Esc will close the app. (Esc will close the TwoStick app even if you have another window or app active in the foreground.)

    Final:
I know there's a lot there but just take your time and study the setup and take it for a trial run. You will see that you will never have to be anywhere near a keyboard or mouse as long as you have this profile running. I'm sure some things can be simplified a little more and improved but its taken me an awful long time to get it this far. I will be periodically updating this profile and the notes above from time to time, so please subscribe to this thread.

If you have any requests, questions, suggestions or compliments send me a message.

    Thanks for reading,
    H3ath3n

PS- I have played every class but shaman with this profile including healing and tanking in 5 man dungeons. I haven't really had the chance to test it in a raid yet. To the hunters out there, the Bruiser Cruiser will not bring you in close to the target to melee, normally, but it will initiate your auto-shot ranged weapon ability.

    >>>>UPDATE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >
I have made some slight changes to my previous WoW profile in order to clean up some of the unnecessary duplicated controls and also added a couple new features.

    Change Log:
    Spoiler: Show
-Adjusted the Dead Zone for the joysticks for a more sensitive response.
-Added a 0.30s Hold to the Tab on set 1 that will allow you to Esc or unselect a target or close a UI pane while using the Left Joystick to move.
-While using Home and End to zoom and selcet the default camera pivots, I have added a 0.10s Hold that will switch the function to the mouse Scroll for further ranges of zooming while the button is held and also can be used to scroll the chat window or other UI panes that have scrolling.
-An Alt key has been added to sets 2 and 4. (some addons require you to hold alt in while hovering over an item to view more detailed data for the item)
-Rearranged the quick keys for your Character, Quest Log, Dungeon Finder panes etcetera for a more uniform layout and easier access.
-Added more quick keys for the UI panes.
-Moved the number pad Divide to the start button of set 2. FYI, this toggles Run and Walk. (not a mandatory character control but I've found uses for it.)
-Moved Z to the start button on set 4. FYI, "Z" by default is used to draw out your weapons and put them away. (again, not a mandatory character control but I've found uses for it.)
-Added G to set 4's LT(Left Trigger). I apoligize, I must have forgotten to instruct you earlier to key bind "G" to "target last hostile". Ths is also used on my previous settings for my "Quick Loot" button (Right Joystick Button of set 4) This has been updated on my previous post.
-Added a one way set 1 return to the back/select button of sets 2-5 just incase you get stuck on one of the those sets that you normally access with a "while held" set changing button.
-Removed the multiple unnecessary "one way" set change to set 8 to just theset 6 back/select button.
-Added an assist target, F key, to the set 6 Right Joystick Button.
-Moved F6 to Up and F7 to Right of the Directional pad of set 6
-Swapped the Shift and Delete of set 8 to keep it more consistent with the other sets.
-Moved F4 and set it to a 0.30s Release on the Delete button (Right Joystick Button) of set 8.
-Added Windows Context Menu key to the LT (Left Trigger) of set 8
-Swapped the Shift and Backspace of set 7 to keep it more consistent with the other sets.
-Changed the Right Joystick of set 7 to "8-way" for possibly better typing.

I know this is a super old post, but any options with a free software instead? I am just looking to try this out and don't want to spend $10 on something that ends up not working well for me. Doesn't appear to even be a trial for this software.
