Gurbashi arena ?

Does the Gurbashi arena in cape of stranglethorn work as in does the chest spawn and if so when ?
I am aiming for achievements here.

every 3 hours it spawns. dunno exactly what times anymore tho. saw it earlier today.

I did it the other day, you talk to the NPC and kill what is in the middle, then you get a reward in a interesting place.

treetops you have to click on the molten banner at the end, i had the same problem

And sadly you can't turn them in at the quest giver... who knows why...
