Sa Human Kasi Pwede ka mag suot ng dalawang HC Trinket (BiS) and you dont have to get Medallion of the Alliance, kasi may racial ( Every man For Himself ) . But Actually, Horde Players are good in PVE compared to Allies. But I'm not so sure. That's just what i Think of it. Lol . :D

Depends on the realm imo. Horde PvE in deathwing 1-2 years ago was horrible. Pugs getting to queen in 25m norm is a rarity. When i moved to Alliance in Ragnaros at around that time too Alliance PvE was awesome. KS25n from pugs, KS10n from pugs. And i was so amazed that pugs were reaching sindragosa and even LK. And since were talking about ragnaros, Rora. Nuff said. haha. Horde, however, got the first smourne drop from LK25hc post wipe.
