Quick notes:
- We've 1-shotted all the main heroic runs (3x LK 25hc and 3x Halion 25hc) this week, struggling a bit on 4th LK but still doing it;
- All the 3x ICC main runs were finished in less than 1:30h since their start; all the 3x RS done in the same day within 1:20h;

Currently recruiting people for our 4th and 5th ICC and specially our 4th RS run, most needed roles are:
- Rdruids / skilled Boomkins;
- Skilled priests (disc/holy);
- Mages (nonexistant in this guild since its creation);
- Skilled and experienced tanks (specially DKs);
- Skilled warlocks (pref if you can actually pull DPS as demo and not only as hybrid);

* Read skilled as good enough and somewhat experienced on your role to provide a satisfactory performance regarding DPS and HPS while performing tactics.
