T10 prot is vital because of its set bonus increasing shield slam and shockwave damage. Honestly, there is no reason to go prot warr if you're not human but thats just me.

You can still get in top10 as prot using 0 resilience, but going a bit higher would be more optimal but you will lose against most hpala/warr comps, unless RNG gods are with you and you somehow global one of them when their trinkets are on cd.

0 resil will take lots of luck in matchup and definitely queue dodges against most if not all the caster/healer comps. Most of the prot warrs in rag got to top10 with arms/hpal.

STS is better for horde, reliable proc. Haste/crit procs are meh, str is great, ap is very good all round + 17arp more. Go for hand/shoulder T10 prot, then either leg/chest/head wrathful or if you want a bit more DPS use T10 head.

Saw 3 people using 2x t9 hc gear that still think soft cap is somewhere around 2.7k.
If you donated for t9 refund it, it is useless.

the boots change is fine since stompers is probably there just to reach the arp cap. for the ring, i'd keep the ashen unless might of blight nets you the arp cap otherwise i'd stick with more crit as im assuming the other ring you have is frostbrood.
edit: the set prob has exactly 1400 arp cap. you'd be nuking everything regardless if you do switch those items up.Edited: March 1, 2016

cuz for some reason he use ashen verdict ring ( overcapping his hit rating like a mad man) instead of might of blight +frostbrood combo5

He has 5,49% hit chance. When he replaces the ashen verdict ring he is under the hit cap.

I tested a different gear combination by changing

I end up with 5,18% hit with the 20 hit rating glove enchant.
In addition I gain 140 str, 72 crit and 48 stamina but I lose 58 arp, 70 agi, 188 ap and 488 additional ap from ashen verdict proc.
When I compare these stats Tbcwascool gear combination looks still better.
With the mentioned gear combination i have 1100 arp with out gems. Means when I grab 15 x 20 arp gems I also reach exactly 1400 arp.
Nevertheless I think that Tbcwascool gear combination is still slightly better because of the 488 addiontal ap from ashen verdict proc.Edited: March 1, 2016

i use resil gems in offset, cuz i use that geaer in arms spec too, so if i just swap furyt10 head and chest with s8 ones i would have 508 resil and 1139 arp. so all is needed is to change berserker with executioner and gg.
about boots and ashen rings - i just dont get u. why u want to replace AA (rsboots) with icc25 boots to get more arp in turn of str loss if after u replacing one of arp rings with ashen verdict ring, this just dont have any sense for me
