Gear Debates :
1) Should Arp classes be allowed to be eligible for items that don't have Arp or Hit?
2) Should All leather&cloth spell casters (dps&healers) be allowed to roll for spirit gear or should it only be healers + mages + Demo lock.

If you read in that thread it said that haste gets snaped (in the old days) molten fixed it so haste staking is now inportant and therefore changes gear dramaticaly

Guild Vault Rules :
- Guild items are not meant for making money, it's to improve your characters & raids you do with guild.
- Abusing vault would result in a new rank made that prevents it, nobody wants that...


Loot Rules :
These determine if a person would be eligible for the spesific loot system.
1) MS > OS
2) If you join a raid as x-role/spec then for whole raid you will be rolling as that role/spec as MS and any other spec/role will be counted as OS even if you change to play it at y-boss.
3) 1Mark/token per raid in ICC10hc/ICC25n/ICC25hc/TOC25hc (you don't need item, rule (1) is applicable here)
4) Armor type (Ex. Priest have priority over cloth, then a druid). Specs are only eligible to weapons of correct speed values.

Theres 2 types of paladins.
Agi (Critadin) and Str
Agi-palas would mainly aim for just 4p T10 or 2T9 and T10 and majority of other items will be agi-based.
Str pala would avoid non-str items.

Astrylian's Sutured Cinch : Agi Pala, Assassination Rogue and Enhancement Shaman are eligible (25Hc only).
Bauble of True Blood : Anybody, pvp use only.
Frostbrood Sapphire Ring : Warrior DPS eligible (25hc only)
Sindragosa's Cruel Claw : Enhancement shaman and Assassination rogue are eligible (25hc only).
ColdWraith Links : Str-Pala Eligible(25 HC only)
Penumbra Pendant : Str-Pala Eligible
Sharpened Twilight Scale : Str & Agi pala Eligible


Note : links are 25hc, but exceptions represent both 25mans, except where stated 25hc only. This is because similar items drop in 10mans and thus 10hc would be of equal or better quality. This counts for EoF vendor gear too.

-10mans : Roll
-25mans : EPGP

How does EPGP work ?

EP : Earned Points...every set boss(es) / wings / raids give a value. To ensure people can buy items from just 1 boss down, should give about 700EP/boss.
GP : Gear Points... after winning a item, you receive the GP it has.
You win a item based on highest priority.
Priority = EP / GP (in stats, not item)
Thus the moment you win a item, your priority is less.
Certain items have less GP to certain classes, this is usually like bows.
There is a base GP value to prevent math flaws.
Decay system happens weekly that removed x% from EP and GP
