Hi, I'm noob. Total noob. But i want to be better. I want to start using all those advanced things wow provide, as well as i want to understand mage class better. I need help of expirienced wow players and expirienced fire mages! I hope you can help me!
A) Macros help
I got macroses for sheep, ice block, counterspell, ice lance/fire blast, some macroses with dif spells on 1 button - are there other vital macroses i should get?

I can only help you with PvE,my PvP experience goes only as far as going fully pve geared in bgs to 1 shot people.
As for your spec,you have points placed in bad places,like shatter,shatter in PvE,unless you are frost,is quite unusefull.The reason for that is that you need your target to be frozen and bosses can't be frozen.I'll give you a spec to view,there are 4 points that you can place however you like,whether you go full 3/3 in Master in elements in fire and 1/3 in frost channeling in frost or the other way round is your choice.I prefer the 3/3 frost channel because of less aggro issues,if you play well as a mage you may give some tanks a hard time with aggro,but if you're lacking mana don't go with 3/3 frost channeling.

Fire mage rotation/priority system in PvE is rather simple:
You start with Living Bomb(if you have it,there are 2 other fire specs,one of which ommits LB,if you want to i'll speak of them too,but I suggest Faelarin's guide for those)
Then you go with scorch,unless you have a demonology warlock in the raid
Then frostfirebolt until a proc of Hot Streak,when it procs,use Pyroblast,then continue with FFB.
Do NOT clip LB,as in refresh it before it's duration is over.You can,however,clip your scorch,altho try to do it when it has ~2-3 seconds remaining on the target.
You can use frostbolt r1 in say vdw if you wanna kite an add,but otherwise no,don't use frostbolt
Counterspell is usefull for silancing adds on VDW mostly.
Frostward comes in handy in ALL ICC battles,except 1,which is gunship,the rocket dmg is fire.But other battles have flames on marrow which are frost,ldw frostbolt,sindra passive frost dmg,LK remorseless winter(it could really save your life here if you didn't calculate your distance well enough) vdw adds casting frostbolt...you get the picture.In RS fire ward only and only when you get Combustion(the debuff,not your cooldown).Don't sacrifice a GCD for a ward,unless you got lots of procs for it or if the situation is pretty desperate,or you're in rs with combustion.
Remove curse for dispelling LDW debuff which screws casters and for dispelling yourself in RS when you get consumption/combustion.You can make a macro
/target <name>
/cast Remove Curse.
Dampen magic/Amplify magic don't really make THAT much of a difference,there is some,I have not tested to find out what it is,but it's not very significant.
Sidenote:Amplify magic should work on VDW,but it doesn't.

Btw i need help with another macros - i want fire blast and ice lance on 1 button without modifier, so it will cast fire blast, and if fire blast is in cd - ice lance;
simple /cast fire blast
/cast ice lance
doesn't work
/castsequence fire blast, ice lance, ice lance, ice lance
is not what i need as well

omg, it even checks the distance - fire blast has 20m distance and ice lance 30m, so even if there is no cd on fire blast but ur not in range - it uses ice lance until u come closer; man - thats just ASOME

You simply spam living bomb and occasionally scorch, rely on crit for instant pyro.

Mmm ok!
I have some idea, but i don't know how to make it;
So i have a living bomb on shift+2, so it wont be very convinient to use any mod with it;
Is it possible to make it in this way - i use my buttons to activate lb, and if there is an enemy under my cursor - it will use lb on it; but if there is none - it will just use lb in normal way; but, as i said, no another modificator.

You can't go 2/3 in improved scorch.2/2 in flame throwing is indeed THAT useful as in PvE you'll find that proper positioning with a higher range is of immense help to your dps/survival.
There is a spec where you spam Firebolt,but you will need a lot of gear to make it comparable to LB FFB spec.
As for macros:
/cast Combustion
/cast Icy Veins
/cast Mirror Image(if you have 4p T10,if not you should ommit this as images temporarily reset aggro to 0%,after they end,they return all previous accumulated aggro PLUS the new aggro you've made)
/use <any /use trink>
/use <pot>
You should make a separate macro for
/cast Combustion
/cast Icy Veins
and either use a showtooltip thing,altho i've never understood how that works and do not use it,or take out Combustion and Icy veins on your bars so that you can keep track of them.
I highly recommend that you do NOT use combustion/Icy Veins on their own,or /use trinks.The only thing you can use on its own is Mirror image,but try to have some trinket procs/ring procs/prof procs so that you'll do more damage with it.The reason for using Mirror image alone sometimes is that it has a 3 min CD,while Combustion and IV will have 2 min and 2,4m(i think,haven't played mage in a while) respectively.So it's a gain damage done wise if you can play like this.
