Fire or frost? Heat or cold?

So Recently Mage bugs have been fixed for both spec.
So I have been trying to decide between mage or hunter for my 2nd character.
My main is Warrior. So eventually my choice is Mage. And Now I am calling for fellow mages to elaborate about these two specs. What you choose and why?
