Where is the "chat" on this server?

I've noticed an odd phenomenon playing on Frostwolf.

In any other WoW server I've played on over the years, both retail and otherwise, I would regularly see "chatter".

People spamming for raids, *LFM/LFG*, spamming for premades *BG's/Arena*, General chat for Stormwind, major capital cities, etc.

Hell, I've even joined a few of the largest guilds on the server, and see almost no guild chat on any of them.

What gives?

This is the main avenue for PuGing; guild recruiting (besides that spam addon); and trash talking.

Seldom do people use general chat or lfg.
