It takes about 3 long hours to make a 25man raid group and another 1 hour before it mostlikely R.Os whilst having to deal with any kind of person and you still call them thieves?

Agree. A lot of work goes into making a PuG, especially 25 mans. Some people don't get the sense of accomplishment by just defeating a boss, they want a reward for it (loot). So reserving it locks that in.

Why do you say he deserves something? Isn't just enjoying the raid enough with the hopes of acquiring something in using group loot like everyone else? Sorry I disagree with this concept of DESERVING something!

try hosting icc25hc decent group which wont wipe 19 times on marrowgar, and check how much time and nerves you wasted. its waaaay harder than link achiv and get invited to raid. :}
