On retail i experienced survival being the best spec for pve, while testing BM i noticed i did less dps than the other specs.. However here on warmane i heard BM was Op

Actually end game BM is better than survival. Almost all top dps hunters in SOO was BM.

I would stick to survival, bm always been better in pvp then pve ( retail). Since every spirit beast got the same special ability ( mastery) i dont see any reason why you would be bm. Ofcourse there still will be some bugs for survival hunter and maybe thats the reason why most pve players are bm and do more dmg then survival but on retail every survival hunter out dmg a bm. I would say try out both specs and see what kind of playstyle you like in pve :)

Sorry guys, this is not retail :)
Survival isn't 100% working properly so BM is the top DPS right now for hunters. In fact, BM is one of the top 3 dps specs in PvE on MOP.

Yesterday i got 45k crit dmg from a BM hunter's pet. Is it normal or not?

Ppl here refuse to understand BM was top dps spec on retail too.
in end game gear BM > Surv > mm

Yes it. Kc already got fixed so i think the gear gap between you and your BM enemy was big.
