Pandaria 2h vs 1h+off(PVP spriest)

I usually see people with 2h but I have compared the stats of both the sets and 1h+off seems to give more haste and maybe 1 or 2 int as compared to the former. Maybe it gives more of 1 more stat too but forgot now.

People play with the offhand for the 180 Intellect enchant.
It makes it superior.

1h+off hand it comes as first from cataclysm expansion. Only you can use 2h if is with high ilvl then 1h+off hand.

you can use 1h and still mog it to a staff with the transmog bug, i've seen millions of people running around with 1h+oh transmogged into a staff
