Transmog off hand

Hello,

So I ve recieved Urn of Lost Memories from Marketplace. Ive tried to xmog that item into my off hand but when I press apply button the xmog wont happen. It is always in pre-apply state. I ve tried another xmog for off hand but the same problem happen. Is there any way how to xmog off hand?

So, **** on us no way to fix ?:l, imam go try to clear my chace and play around, really need this to work :/, ill report bk if it works or i find a way
