Did not win Conquest Points earned after completing my bg

I have 50 conquest points i win bg and does not rise because it is an error or bug .... this has happened more than 5 times .... please help me :C

btw bg cap is different than arena cap, keep that in mind

You are capped for bgs - 1800.

Screenshot that you posted just now shows that you are capped FROM BG-s.In BG-s you can earn up to 1800 conquest points to get to your current cap 2200 only way is to do few arena games OR do a rated bg.Ether way you can't only cap from battlegrounds.It is possible to cap from arenas or rated bgs on higher rating but it is never possible to cap from random bgs.

Like it has been said. You can only earn 1800 conquest points from Battlegrounds. If you want to get the other 400 points (To fill your weekly 2200 cap) you'll have to get them through Arenas or Rated Battlegrounds.

(Arenas also have a 1800 conquest points cap)
