Top 100 from SQ ladder = Battlemasters.
R1 Guy from SQ = Arena master.
R1 [Class wise [For example mage that's rank 22]] = The supreme.

Battlemasters are percent matters, not top. Can't remember the exact percent, but a previous gm should be able to confirm.

For the people that are interested, I managed to get a Char on exactly 1600 rating.

1600 Rating = Rank 5394
That means:
Battlemaster: Rank 54+ ~2450 Rating
Warbringer: Rank 539+ ~2150 Rating
Justicar/Conqueror: Rank 1618+ somewhere around 1800 Rating i guess (probably even lower)

Exact cutoffs will still fluctuate a bit since a lot of people are trying to push for titles the last few days.
