Cataclysm Protection Warrior related question

I would like to know what is the HIT and EXPERTISE cap for Protection Warrior, only PvE(Cataclysm version). Currently I'm at 6% Hit and 23 Expertise.

Well you took wrong tank class. I play warr cuz i love him since vanila and i will be short, you dont need hit and expertise as protwarrior. Your spell generate threat(most dont work on warmane). Just find some good ingame warr and copy his talents and ask for advices. Dont listen youtube cuz many things different here on warmane. Be smart, if low ilevel my adivice use vigilance and victory rush...just find some good ingame protwarr, dont go full stamina gem. Or PM me
